Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable
Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event
Valid ID required for entry
Early bird tickets are limited to 2 per person

Photography & Recording

Photography is allowed during breaks only
No video recording of talks
Official photographs will be shared after the event on our social media platforms
we request no photography during talks

Schedule & Attendance

Doors open at 11:00 AM
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early
Late entry may be allowed from main entrance
Full attendance is encouraged, but not required

Respect all speakers and attendees
No harassment or discrimination
Follow venue safety guidelines
Report any concerns to staff
