Ticket Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable
- Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event
- Valid ID required for entry
- Early bird tickets are limited to 2 per person

Photography & Recording
- Photography is allowed during breaks only
- No video recording of talks
- Official photographs will be shared after the event on our social media platforms
- we request no photography during talks

Schedule & Attendance
- Doors open at 11:00 AM
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes early
- Late entry may be allowed from main entrance
- Full attendance is encouraged, but not required

Code of Conduct
- Respect all speakers and attendees
- No harassment or discrimination
- Follow venue safety guidelines
- Report any concerns to staff
